SALES MANAGER OPPORTUNITY FOR AN AWARD WINNING REAL ESTATE COMPANY

 

Are you a LEADER?  Are you an AMBITIOUS and highly MOTIVATED individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment?  The River Valley Group is currently seeking an experienced agent to lead our award winning team as VICE PRESIDENT of sales for the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky branch.

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:  Candidate must be a highly motivated and results oriented person with the 3 D’s, drivedetermination, and a desire to succeed.  Candidate should have the ability to take charge and be a leader, but also work as part of a team.  Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, be consistent with client follow up, customer service oriented, and capable of working towards goals.  We are looking for someone with a “Take Charge” and “Can Do” attitude.

 

INCOME: Based on our model and lead volume, a successful agent should close between at least 36* contracts a year yielding a starting gross annual income between $90,000- $100,000 the first full year on the team based on our average sales price. After the first year, the goal is to get enough supporting positions on the team for this person so that the pay will be $160,000-180,000 annually in the near future.

 

IN ADDITION TO ALL THAT MONEY, HERE ARE SOME OTHER PERKS: Your sales and leadership coach will be Heidi Fore, one of Realtor Magazine's "30 Under 30", a Realtor for HGTV's "House Hunters" and a national trainer for the National Association of Realtors. Most of your real estate expenses are paid for: free advertising, and continuing education is paid for, leads are provided daily. You'll get more time in your day to spend with your family because you will have an assistant to do your paperwork from the time you get your offers accepted contract until closing. You get to enjoy your life more because you are just spending your hours on the job talking with people all day, and have an assistant to do the paperwork and details of pending transactions.

 

THE VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES FOR TEAM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE ACTIVITIES:

- Motivate and lead your local team towards their goals.

- Hire and train Showing Assistants and Buyer Specialists for the team

- Block personal time with your family and friends and encourage other Buyer Specialists to

- Learn as much as you can from training and teach the team best practices

- Follow up with buyers and sellers when they call or email us from internet ads, print ads, sign call ads, open houses

- Educate buyers on the home buying process

- Show property to buyers

- List homes

- Write contracts

- Negotiate inspection repairs

- Keep in contact with past clients and people you've met

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Kentucky or Indiana or Ohio real estate sales person license (active or escrow).  Must be a leader with drive and determination, work successfully towards goals.  Must respond quickly to phone calls and emails from potential and current clients, and be diligent in follow up.  Must have an ability to prioritize tasks and get tasks accomplished quickly. Must have own transportation and have a valid driver’s license with adequate insurance coverage. Must be able to work 5 days a week, including being available some nights and weekends.  Must have a positive attitude and want to work in a team environment where everyone grows together and helps each other be the best.
