INCOME: Our Buyer Specialists average an income of $2400-2800 per sale. Right now we have 300 leads for you to work with. By following the team system of getting leads, following up with leads and showing houses, you should consistently sell 36-48 homes per year working full time, and we'll give you enough leads to sell 60 homes per year if you want to work really hard full time. If you do the math on that average on the low end of home price and the low end of number of sales, $2400 x 36 sales is $86,400. One of our Buyers Specialists averaged $2800 per sale. If you sold 36 houses this year at $2800 per sale you'd make $100,000 this year. If you sold 48 houses at $2400 per sale you'd make $115,000. And you'll still take some time off for vacations and fun days with your friends.
THE BUYER SPECIALIST ON OUR TEAM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE ACTIVITIES:
- Follow up with buyers when they call or email us from internet ads, print ads, sign call ads, open houses
- Educate buyers on the home buying process
- Show houses to buyers
- Write contracts
- Negotiate inspection repairs
- Keep in contact with past clients and people you've met
REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Kentucky real estate sales person license (active or escrow status). Must respond quickly to phone calls and emails from potential and current clients. Must own a car or SUV and have a valid driver's license and adequate insurance coverage. Must be able to work 5 days a week, including some nights and weekends when homebuyers want to see houses. Must have a great positive attitude to work in our optimistic team environment. Sound good?
